Join us for one of the most anticipated events in Hampton Roads history. Sail250® Virginia will bring more than 50 tall ships to the Elizabeth River and thousands of visitors to our waterfront to commemorate the 250th anniversary of American independence – and we want the right vendors alongside us for the celebration as an Affiliate Harbor here in Portsmouth.
We’re looking for food, beverage, retail, and experiential vendors who are ready to engage with a high-energy crowd and contribute to the festival atmosphere. If you’re set up to sell, serve, or delight, we want to hear from you.
Vendor Eligibility
Sail Virginia℠ 2026 Portsmouth vendor space is reserved for active commercial vendors – those selling products, food, beverages, or offering paid experiences. We are not able to accommodate informational or promotional-only booths, including nonprofit outreach tables, political organizations, or marketing displays without a transactional component. If you’re unsure whether your setup qualifies, we encourage you to review the eligibility guidelines listed on the application.
How to Apply

Submit your application
Complete the vendor application through our application portal. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis - early submissions are encouraged as space is limited.

Await selection
Selected vendors will be notified directly with confirmation and next steps. We review applications as they come in, so there's no need to wait until a deadline.
03
Join the celebration
Once selected, you'll receive everything you need to set up and get ready for one of the largest maritime gatherings in Hampton Roads history.
